Converge Health Iowa is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the secure exchange of health information across Iowa. Formed to support the next generation of the Iowa Health Information Network (IHIN), our goal is to advance statewide interoperability that improves care coordination, public health readiness, and whole-person outcomes.

Laura Young
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Laura leads Converge Health Iowa with a focus on transparency, collaboration, and sustainable statewide data-sharing that connects healthcare, behavioral health, and social care partners.
Callie Standridge
SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR
Callie oversees the implementation and ongoing technical operations of the Iowa HIE, aligning people, process, and technology to deliver measurable results.
Sharon Jhawar
DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION
Sharon Leads the Converge Health Iowa Operations team, making sure everything runs smoothly and providing support to participants and staff.
John Ehrhart
INFORMATICS & EMS DIRECTOR
As our resident Paramedicine expert, John connects emergency medical services and public health data systems to strengthen Iowa's readiness, response, and real-time insights.

DIRECTOR OF
ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY
Jen leads participant engagement and relationship development serving as a primary point of contact for onboarding, connectivity, and ongoing HIE adoption.

SPECIALTY OUTREACH DIRECTOR
Robin drives integration of behavioral health, crisis, and social-care data, helping communities use information to improve access and continuity of care.
Kate Lunt
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Kate shapes statewide communications and education initiatives that bring clarity, connection, and visibility to the Iowa HIE's mission and impact.
Jace Peterson
IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Jace provides first line support to participants, acting as a liaison between the HIE and our technical vendors.
