Participation Agreement/BAA

The core agreement governing a Participant's access to and use of the Iowa HIE System, including the services scope, data sharing terms, privacy and security obligations, and the integrated Business Associate Agreement. Required for all participating organizations.

Governing Principles and Policies (GPP)

The rules, requirements, and standards all Participants and Authorized Users must follow as a condition of HIE System access. Participants receive at least 30 days' notice of changes, and 60 days when a change requires system or operational updates on their end.
